Without a doubt, this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Hyper Royal' is in a league of its own. The question isn't, "Who's trying to cop?" It's who's not trying to? It officially releases on April 17th at 08:00 BST.

Towards the final quarter of last year, mockups and images leaked, teasing this Air Jordan 1 'Hyper Royal' as a Spring 2021 drop. In the sneaker community, this colourway was already going toe to toe against the Air Jordan 1 'University Blue', with sneakerheads insisting it was the better drop out of the two.

Like many Jordan 1s, it plucks some inspiration from another model with a similar style; the Air Jordan 1 'Turbo Green'. A white leather middle and toe box sit surrounded by a pale washed blue suede with muted hints of white and grey.

Distinct royal blue stitching matches the 'Nike Air' logo tab on the tongue and insole. A subtle light smoke grey provides the finishing touches on the swoosh, outsole, and ankle, taking on the role of the third colour to complete the colour scheme.
